The West End Musical Choir is London’s adult non-audition musical theatre Choir! They host weekly rehearsals learning the classic and new hits from the West End & Broadway, uniquely led by a range of professional Musical Directors from the West End.
If you are looking to join a choir that will make you feel good and sing with others who love musicals, then you need to join this one!
They perform at a number of venues, including Hampton Court Palace, the V&A Museum, the London Marathon, ‘This Morning’ ITV, ‘Good Morning Britain’ ITV, ‘The One Show’ BBC, Abbey Road Studios, West End LIVE at Trafalgar Square, Disneyland Paris, Notre Dame Paris and many more!
There is a fun and social environment and you have the freedom to explore your voice. Build your musical repertoire, singing hits like ‘Hello Dolly!’ from Hello Dolly, or ‘You Will Be Found’ from Dear Evan Hansen. Ever fancied singing ‘I See The Light’ from Tangled? Singing with The West End Musical Choir you can do just that and more.
There is no audition and no need to be able to sight-read. There is no need to really perform. As long as you have a passion for musical theatre and want to meet like-minded people you will fit right in.
There are even weekly social events, regular theatre trips, and special big-scale events. So it is not just your normal choir, but a real musical community.

If you are thinking about joining the choir, but do not want to commit yourself to a full term of fees – we will get onto this later – then you can just book a taster session. It has to be said that pretty much everybody who goes to one of these – which is just a regular rehearsal – then joins the choir full-time. To book a taster session, it will cost £12.

They offer a free Choir App on IOS & Android to access material! This means that you will have access to the repertoire for the term, including sheet music and any info about the upcoming events you can sing at.
There are plenty of locations around London and one in Manchester that you can sing at with this fab choir. Being a member myself, it does make it so easy to find a venue close to me – Oxford Circus – but also know that there are other locations around London, like Kings Cross, London Bridge and Wimbeldon.
You can go to these locations if you miss your own choir’s evening so you do not miss out on rehearsals. I believe there is just one location in Manchester, but the choir also offer a virtual rehearsal on zoom for those who cannot make it in person. Of course it is not the same as being in the room, but they have really taken care of their members in every respect regarding this.

So if you chose to join the West End Musical choir, then you will pay on a term-by-term basis and you can just renew this each term. It will cost you £120 per term.
There are two ways of paying for the choir.
Members either pay for the whole term up front (10 weeks at £120) or they set up a DD (£30 a month.)
